My Workflow Didn’t Run

To ensure your Workflow can be initiated and run as intended, follow these guidelines for packaging and referencing your Workflow entrypoint:

• Entrypoint Location: The primary Workflow descriptor file of your workflow, often referred to as the "entrypoint", must be located in the root directory of the ZIP archive containg the workflow files.
• Entrypoint Reference: When specifying the name of the entrypoint in your Workflow configuration, make sure to include the exact name of the file along with its file extension. For instance, if your primary workflow descriptor is a file named main.nf, you must reference it exactly as main.nf, not just main.
